On January 15, 2020, National Science and technology innovation alliance of potato staple food industrialization was formally established in Beijing. Zhengzhou jinghua industry co., LTD., as the first enterprise to industrialize potato powder equipment, was successfully elected as the governing unit. Gao huimin, the general manager, attended the meeting as the representative of the governing unit. The high adaptability cleaning and peeling machine researched and manufactured by jinghua company and the low free starch extrusion and cutting machine are the key equipment of the new technology of potato staple food chemical processing.
