Description of cassava starch sifter
MFSC and MBSC twin sifter utilized as a final check (security) sifter before flour is sent to flour storage or packing machine to ensure bran particles or particles bigger that flour particles are removed.
Advantages of full clsoed starch sifter
1. Enclosed mild steel box cabinet for great flexibility of flow due to additional outer (4) channels.
2. Machine can be supplied with a range of sieve stacks from 8-12 frames.
3. Simple design allows easy maintenance.
4. Alum (aluminium) style sieve inner frames, mesh cloth glued with frame fast and activator.
5. Outer sieves coated inside and outside with plastic melamine lamination and supplied with stainless steel trays.

Working principle
The machine is composed of two main parts: the mild steel frame mounted with clamps for the flexible suspension rods, floor plates for mounting and the mild steel box section for the sieve frames with upper clamping by means of a metal frame and clamping pressure micrometric screws.
The drive unit with counter balance weight, with motor, pulleys, v-belt is mounted under the cabinet box section, adjustable to suit different applications. Material is fed into the top and by the machines circular motion, the fine material moves through the sieve mesh and is discharged out each sieve side to outlets, while the course material over tails and sent to separate outlets.
