Description of starch sifter

Working principle

The machine is composed of two main parts: the mild steel frame mounted with clamps for the flexible suspension rods, floor plates for mounting

and the mild steel box section for the sieve frames with upper clamping by means of a metal frame and clamping pressure micrometric screws.

The drive unit with counter balance weight, with motor, pulleys, v-belt is mounted under the cabinet box section, adjustable to suit different

applications. Material is fed into the top and by the machines circular motion, the fine material moves through the sieve mesh and is discharged

out.

There are four steps to making starch

1. Cleaning: Remove stone sand and impurities from raw materials.

2. Crushing: Destroy the fiber structure and free the starch particles.

3. Separator: used for sand removal, mud removal, degreasing, micro-slag separation, protein separation, washing and concentration of various

starch and modified starch emulsions in starch pulp.

4. Dry packaging: The wet starch is dehydrated, screened and packaged.
