Customized Stainless Steel Cassava Flour Dry Processing Equipment

Cassava is fed into the raw material bin by a loader. The cassava then falls evenly onto the belt conveyor through the vibrating device below the silo. The cassava will then go through a two-stage cleaning device, a drying screen and a cleaning tank. The cleaned cassava is crushed into pulp through two-stage crushing, cutting machine and file. The slurry is transported by a screw pump to a centrifugal screen to remove fibers.

Then use a fine fiber sieve to remove fine fibers. The slurry will then enter the refining and concentration stages. According to the design processing capacity requirements, there are disc separators and hydrocyclone station designs. After the refining stage, the starch slurry concentration will increase to 20-22 degrees Baume.

It is then pumped into a peeling centrifuge for dehydration. The dehydrated starch cake is stirred by an air separator and then enters the drying pipeline system. The final starch product will be collected in buffer tanks and packaged and shipped to the warehouse.
